* To ensure the necessary formation of Digiturk dealers, Call centers and Stands in all city* Increasing sales targets by supplying sub-dealers.* To follow the training processes, to provide problem solutions for any training deficiencies (Customer misinformation, Incomplete assembly, etc.).* Traveling to all necessary provinces, holding necessary regional meetings with dealers and providing information about sales targets, increasing target success rates.* Daily, monthly and annual reporting of all transactions made and forwarding to the senior management.

* Determining the necessary sales targets of the personnel who have successfully completed the training processes.* Taking necessary actions with the management of business partners to achieve the determined sales targets.* Preparation of daily, monthly, annual personnel expenses and budgets.* Taking actions and management of processes in any crisis or different situations that may occur.* To increase productivity again by giving the necessary feed back (Individual - Collective) in case of negative personnel productivity or any deviation from the target.

* Providing personnel training in National Sales & Corporate Sales, Alternative Sales Channels units within Digiturk.* Preparation of necessary training documents and appropriate environments.* Completing the personnel training and following up the required efficiency of the personnel after the completed training and eliminating the deficiencies.

* Providing necessary personnel recruitment and training during the Kamil Koç & Digiturk business partnership process.* Monitoring and reporting of personnel personnel transactions (Report, Leave, Unpaid Leave etc.).* Leading the personnel in the process of achieving their goals, providing support in missing points (lack of training, motivation, etc.) and taking necessary actions during any crisis management that may occur.* Participation in required high level meetings in Digiturk and Kamil Koç companies, determining monthly, daily and annual targets and making the necessary plans and personnel procurement for these targets and sharing this with the senior management.

* I worked in many different positions in Digiturk project, which is part of Cmc Turkey.* In the Inbound & Outbound & Sales teams, to provide satisfaction to the customers by upgrading the technical and product information and the existing packages in certain quality criteria.* After experience, to solve the problems of authority constraints that are out of the current customer service duties.* By taking part in the backoffice section, I served as an authorized customer to find solutions to problems and to create satisfaction via email.
