Data center collocation

In this role, I am trusted to manage Philips internal project. Coming from different background, I was challenge to keep update with different business model, it's challenging and it's fun in the same time. Again, I believe communication still hold major key to make sure I can support the business and land the project safely on time.

I'm supporting ABB for their special internal project. This role is mainly about management and reporting, I'm bridging the gaps and helping to oversee if anything was omitted.

I'm heading 3 major teams in the business: Technical Design team, Professional Service for Intelligent solutions and also Project Delivery team. This role gave me a chance to manage several related chains in the business process, from hearing the customer's need, providing solution, delivering solution, then to maintain the customer trust.

In this role I was responsible to support sales on providing solution for product selection (UPS, Cooling, Monitoring system), as well as design and build Data center solution
