Create and deploy proof of concept ML applications, spread awareness of and test ML Ops platforms and open source software for their application in the AI/ML space. Support, communicate with, and train developers in the use of ML Ops platforms, and aid in internal AI/ML consulting projects.

Design and implement visualizations, statistical models, reports, and applications for Human Resources personnel to answer questions, describe and predict the state of the workforce, and provide decision-making support for executive personnel. This position utilized python, R, SQL, relational databases, and various computing resources to provide business support.

Provided executive decision support and coverage for all functions of Human Resources to various senior military personnel. The position took place at a number of international and US locations and included supervision and management of up to 12 personnel at a time, including subordinate leaders, and supporting a user group of over 5,000 employees at a time. Functional areas included reporting, compensation and payroll, travel, legal administration, staffing predictions and communication, benefits and insurance, and all additional cross-functional responsibilities required of military officers.
