Austin Studios is a 20-acre facility in Central Austin consisting of 8 buildings totaling 175,000 square feet of office, studio, flex and warehouse space previously occupied by Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.Facilities Manager (2012 - 2015), current title to present.• Oversees the rental and sales operations of Austin Studios, including prospecting, proactive outreach, facilitating inquiries, location scouts, administering waitlist, making rental agreements, serving as point of contact for clients and one-off invoicing for clients. Directly accountable for rental income at Austin Studios.• Leads Austin Studios team, coordinating cross-departmental communication to ensure the daily functions and operations of the facility and its tenants.• Account management of all clients and tenants (ranging from 19 to 30 tenants simultaneously)• Coordinates tenant on-boarding and off-boarding activities with Facilities Department, such as walk-throughs, distributing and tracking access cards, and releasing security deposits.• Creates and updates to Austin Studios rental and tenant policies and procedures, term sheets, rental rates, lot services, sublease agreement templates and marketing materials. Coordinates with the Operations, Marketing Production and other departments as needed.• Manages ongoing tenant lease activities including, monthly billing, administration of pass-through and lot-services charges, and monitoring insurance requirements. Maintains communications among tenants to ensure a positive working environment, with an eye toward implementing strategic relationship development practices.• Records monthly vendor billing information; working in close coordination with Finance Department.• Serves as project manager, supervisor and/or owner's representative for construction projects.• Contributes facilities input to the business plan including operating and capital reserves.
