- Draft control of employer and contractor contracts - Risk, plan, actual budget, business deadline planning, conformity and reports follow up related to the Project- Assessment of price quotations collected on behalf of unit assembly, contractor designation- Contractor and subcontractor management for the projects to be carried out, carrying out the project source, cost and timing schedule- Control, tactics and reporting of the timely and quality completion of tasks in accordance with the project plan- Providing the necessary coordination with the customer team, assisting in the execution of the projects and preparing reports and presentations for the customer's senior management.- Delegation of projects to project engineers according to unit and location, ensuring coordination on behalf of ensuring appropriate teamwork- Creation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, follow-up of customer progress billing- By pinpointing the probable failures in the process and offering solutions to related persons and departments; assisting to take necessary actions and to prepare necessary documents to enable the solutions to be used by other users later (Quality Process - Documentation)

- Performing required field discovery and feasibility studies- Preparing the installation for the elevator well in the required necessities- Performing material shipment organization of materials- Control of the conformity of the assembled and manufactured products to the project and installation follow-up- Performing customer correspondence and reports from the beginning of the installation to the delivery period- Ensuring that all safety precautions are taken during the installation process, enforcement of OHS procedures- Follow-up of customer delivery and licensing process of CE / quality controlled units- Employer and subcontractor process billing and it’s follow-up

- Reviewing the construction site and conducting feasibility studies- Determination of the type and capacity of the elevator- Preparation of concept designs and application projects- Preparation of material list and notification to warehouse- Job follow-up, reporting of installation status steps- Provision of work and worker safety and it’s supervision- Final check before delivery and elevator delivery- Preparation of license files and checking the licensing with the related municipality- Control and assessment of periodic maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction- Prepare a report to make revision discovery, hazardous situation or make the elevator compliant with the standards- Control of conformity of revision work with followers and audits (TSI, MMO-Chamber of Mechanical Engineers etc.)- Preparing proposals for new construction sites, Customer-Company Coordination- Communication with suppliers, bidding and costing for material design

- Intervention in case of any malfunction ( For Elevator )

- Monthly periodical maintenance and inspection - Reporting cases which are feasible to be reviewed- Intervention in case of any malfunction- Rail mounting, cabinet and machine-motor installation, operation- Modification works
