Technical Support Engineer
CurrentThroughout my role, I am providing essential technical support to SC CEE customers and distributors regarding our products at a first-level basis. This includes guidance on selecting the right parts, choosing appropriate materials, and identifying replacement products and spare parts. I am supporting as the vital link to the division's Product Support team, ensuring seamless follow-up on new product projects.Key responsibilities include:- Identifying suitable products and alternatives (including obsolete items and competitor products) and coordinating with divisions as needed.- Delivering training sessions both internally and for external customers.- Preparing and delivering quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inquiries.- Consulting on pricing, field service, and customer service matters, and clarifying requirements with the relevant divisions.- Identifying articles and determining viable alternatives.- Meticulously preparing and organizing all relevant information to ensure high-quality completion and forwarding of requests.
