I am a dedicated hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hotel industry, specializing in serving guests. I have a proven track record in management and food and beverage for a variety of international clients. I lived in Berlin and Cologne, Germany, during the winter months between 2001 and 2005, and during this period I studied language at local language schools. This experience not only improved my language skills, but also deepened my understanding of German culture and hospitality practices. I ran my own restaurant between 2017-2023.I have successfully conceptualized, launched and managed a successful restaurant business; I oversaw all aspects of operations, customer service and team management.
