- BWTS installation project management while the vessel is sailing and continuing her current business. Planning and managing the project from inquiry to commissioning phase.- Organizing every step as preparing the quotation, supply of materials, prefabrication of piping & foundation process, installation team organizations, onboard pre-inspection for the installation process, and transportation arrangements of the supplied & prefabricated materials. - Preparing scheduled and necessary updates of on-site project activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required.- Informing project manager and subcontractors promptly of any project schedule changes, and working closely with installation & on-site team to ensure requirements are met.- Taking necessary actions to find the proper solutions for the arising situations onboard and informing the client all the time.- Managing compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.- Reporting daily works on projects. Preparing final report upon the project completion.

- Planning and managing the new yacht building project's steelworks process- Monitoring all site safety and legal requirements- Identify project phases and elements- Manage the team of technicians, welders, fitters working on the project- To accompany the class controls of the steelworks

- Marine Patrol Aircraft Pilot- Pre-flight organizations, meteorological preparations, operational planning- Team resource management (CRM)- Preparing the pre-flight briefing and briefing the flight crew- NATO, UN, and National marine patrol mission flights as 2nd Pilot- Briefing the fleet members after flights and preparing reports for my superiors

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engine room- Inspection and monitoring of the systems periodically to ensure that all are functioning properly- Planning and following the status of ongoing repairs and maintenance- To detect the source of the malfunction by observing and analyzing the state of the system and to propose the appropriate solution to my superiors- To distribute and assigns duties to all the engine crew members and act as supervisor to them- To check that the safety measures are applied correctly during the works- To organize operation and maintenance of life saving appliances and fire fighting appliances - To schedule and direct the maintenance of the systems- To ensure the availability of the spare parts on board according to periodic maintenance plans and record the inventory properly- Planning and organizing the training of the crew members on board
