Founded in 2018 in the form of a joint stock company, I raised a seed round investment in 2019 and developed the first ever platform that digitizes and innovates the whole theatrical supply chain (distribution, ticketing, advertising, invoicing, analytics, logistics), while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of legacy platform services’. Founded in 2014 in the form of a no-profit company to launch the POC of the first Italian 'Theater On Demand' platform - developed from scratch - which allowed people to organize and promote community screenings at the cinema.Through the platform +50 indie filmmakers have been able to release their movies by connecting +1.000 organizations that involved +50.000 people to fill +300 cinemas in their low-occupancy timeslots, with 70% online ticketing purchase (x14 national average) and 110 attendants per screening (x5 national average). - Business planning, market research & analysis, fundraising- Designed MVP: value proposition, core features and priorities, users flow, Algorithms, third parties integration (digital payment, social apps, CMs, CRMs...) - Coordinated the software development team using Lean and agile approach to work- Hired, coached and motivated all Team members, also creating an academy which launched a new job - the Film Campaign Manager - that have involved great external associates - Developed Marketing and Sales strategy also pivoted from B2C to B2B model- Implemented ERP and operation flow through a solid documentation and tools- Developed Logistic Department and designed a related software (upload, delivery and tracking of the movies)- Presented several keynotes for conventions, festival, fairs, awards and universitiesTools: AWS, Slack, Trello, G-Suite, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Mandrill, Typeform, Wordpress
