My responsibilities were to manage team of developers, help them out if they find any technical difficulty. Remaining in communication with client from inception till completion of project, developing necessary documentation and keep client updated are my core responsibilities. Also active member of Software Processes Enhancement Group (SPEG), I recommend new enhancement in existing processes to improve processes. Code management & Database management came under my belt. I assisted as system administrator and manages local Linux machines. Keep an eye on latest trends and technologies and then experimenting by practically using in projects is one of my strong areas.

I was indulged into diverse web frameworks like CodeIgniter, Django, Ruby on Rails and Zend framework. I was part of program in which we train new employees on development. Administrating Linux machines and writing shell scripts was also part of my job. Created a Content Management System (CMS) which serves as an interface for 100+ clients. Visualized datasets for analysis that allows gaining deeper insights. Developed rigorous test cases to ensure bug-free code. Deployed and supported the application code across various system servers.

Developed Ajax Application in XOAD framework. Redesigned existing websites to improve user experience and incorporated SEO techniques thereby increasing daily traffic by 30%. Solely responsible for creating and developing more than 45 websites. Designed and developed functional dashboards for User, Lawyer and HR modules. Worked closely with Owner, Marketing Team, and 5 Back-end developers to develop a strategy and plan website releases. Modified design to create a responsive page using Twitter Bootstrap.
