I'm the founder and CEO of Full Circle Brewing. We are known for unique craft beer and experiences crafted to help people catch a vibe, be their authentic self, and find their tribe. We are proud to be the largest black-owned production brewery in the United States.Full Circle's reinvention came from an unexpected path. After 15 years of homebrewing, I made the bold decision to sell my accounting practice to follow my passion and acquired Full Circle Brewing Co. in 2016. I've grown Full Circle increasing sales by 3,800% with more than 40 employees. We've yielded remarkable results including the acquisition of three brands. We have reinvented the brand and transformed Full Circle from a 7.5BBL brewhouse producing only draft beer to a brewing company that produces over 6,500 barrels annually and sells to 12 wholesalers and major chains across seven states. Before founding two companies, I spent time as an auditor and financial consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte where I was a key member of the audit and tax departments working primarily with privately held businesses.I'm an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants and Inroads. I also serve on multiple boards including the Fresno Chapter of the Risk Management Association and the California Craft Brewers Association and CALCPA. I'm a founding member of Fresno Chinatown Foundation, the Central Valley Brewers Guild and the Downtown Fresno Foundation. I also helped the Resource Center for Sexual Assault regain their financial footing and am actively working with the California Health Collaborative to reduce the healthcare gap for rural and disadvantaged areas. In 2024, I co-founded a groundbreaking strategic alliance called Circle of Crowns Beverage Group (CCBG). The alliance combines the power of two leading Black-owned companies, Full Circle Brewing Co. and Crowns & Hops, and centralizes production, sales and marketing between them, to bring locally curated brands and authentic experiences to more retailers and consumers around the world.
