I was responsible for the increase of membership numbers during this period from 700 to 1010, an increase in the member education offer thru the development of information sessions resulting in significant increase in annual revenue at $2,460,000 for that period. I also instigated many touch points with influential stakeholder such as fellows of the institute and created the taste of AICD program which directly lead to reduced overheads, a more efficient targeted business approach and enabled growth and profitability from a more stable platform.For a short period I acted in the capacity of State Manager in order to keep the Tasmanian office open during a time of immense structural change and turmoil. I was successful at this role and in keeping all local staff employed by showing the value of local representation to the larger organisation.
