He has provided leadership and policy direction for a consultancy group which went on achieve NATA accreditation for laboratory work, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. He has been actively in accident investigations, demolition projects involving hazardous substances and dangerous goods, plant risk assessments, policy development, compliance audits against legislative requirements, legal cases as an expert witness, environmental aspects and impact reviews and occupational hygiene projects associated with remediation projects and manufacturing.
