Resolve patient eligibility and protocol deviation issues preparing Clinical study reports and annual funding reports. Provide guidance, clinical trial management expertise and direction to contract CRAs and in-house staff Review and/or submission of research ethics committee/regulatory documentation Identify, select and monitor performance of investigational sites for clinical studies; prepare accurate and timely visit reports from all site interaction visits. Ensure study protocol, SOPs, and ICH/GCP regulations and study-specific manuals and procedures. Write or contribute to preparation of clinical protocols, assessments, amendments, informed consent forms, study guides, case report forms and any other clinical research related documents Apply highly developed clinical service delivery and research knowledge and skills to assigned trial (s) and work highly collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams within the hospital and within the University Ensure that all aspects of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) are always complied through provision of training at start-up and initiation meetings for clinical trials and on-going standard operating procedures development Carry out financial task including budget management of the relevant project and invoicing and grant body reporting. Assisting and performing daily screening of in-patients for eligibility for clinical studies. Obtaining consents from families for various clinical studies. The majority of the patients will be in the Paediatric intensive care unit and also from other wards and out patients Distributing clinical trial data to internal and external collaborators Performing quality control tasks as needed. -
