I am on an ongoing mission to make a positive impact in the world by helping others. After growing up in a small town in South Carolina, I attended the University of South Carolina (I’m a proud Gamecock!) and the University of Alabama School of Law. After law school, I moved to Chicago where I practiced law for four years. After that, I decided to take a leap of faith that lead to leaving the traditional practice of law and moving into a position in Corporate America within the legal industry where over the last 20+ years I have held roles with global responsibility in Sales, Training & Development and Executive Coaching.I am honored to work with a team of talented professionals who share my mission of making a positive impact in the world by helping our clients be successful. I am part of the Sales Global Senior Management team and I lead Performance Development for a billion dollar company. My team and I design and deliver training and professional development to Sales professionals around the globe. In addition, I am dedicated to solving a pattern I see play out over and over – that is, a lot of good people settle for careers and (what’s worse) settle for lives that are less than they are capable of experiencing. I channeled my energy into creating a solution to help people stop settling for the life they have and create the life they dream of living. I am now on a mission to share Life1440 with the world and use it to raise money for the Keegan Johnson Memorial Scholarship, which my family and I started in 2020 after the tragic death of my 17-year-old nephew. I am blessed with an amazing family and friends. I am the proud daughter of loving parents, who instilled in me the need to help others. Through blended families, for which I am immensely grateful, I am a sister, aunt and step-mom. I have more than 30 first cousins and love family gatherings. I am a strong advocate for awareness of and finding a cure for Alzheimer’s, which claimed the lives of my grandmother, my step-mother and is currently stealing my mother. In addition, I support @DonateLife in honor of my nephew who donated his organs when he died in 2020 and all of the other donor heroes who gave the gift of life.
