As a result of the successful acquisition of Mettoni by Enghouse, personally asked to remain and head-up their US operation, including the consolidation of existing businesses into one group company, covering sales, products, marketing and systems.Operated US business and in the midst of an economic crisis and despite the downturn, managed to increase sales by an average of 15%-20%, to total $150m. Instrumental in the development of strategic partnerships with leading organisations such as Cisco, IBM and Vorizon, and played a key role in the organic growth of the business through new acquisitions.

Relocated to the US complete to set-up of a new office, worked closely with Technical Sales Director on product positioning, and directed sales & marketing.Delivered $multi-million revenue growth by building commercial partnerships with Cisco, worked with Cisco’s sales team on software sales, and negotiating a formal OEM agreement.Retained as active role in the shaping and development of the worldwide business (ARC & Datapulse), grow to 130 FTEs, and doubling recurring revenues before instrumental in the sale of Mettoni Inc. to Enghouse in 2011, as part of a pre-existing exit strategy.

Originally joined Datapulse in the UK to drive the development of their business through strategic sales & marketing, resulting in rapid promotion to Managing Director.As part of exit strategy for the incumbent Chairman, played a pivotal role in the sale of the Datapulse business to Mettoni (AIM-listed) in 2001 YoY profitability of 10%-12% in pitches to partners.Led the successful MBO Mettoni PLC (AIM listed) away from the receivers in 2002, securing financialpartners to complete the deal.Headed-up the successful acquisition of ARC solutions in 2005 (later grew revenues tenfold) and focused on the development of the worldwide business.
