Annual Contracts ranged in size from $2M to $200M into Finance, Telecoms, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retail Markets. The success in EMEA was a major catalyst driving Accenture to make Procurian its largest ever acquisition.

The EMEA Region accounted for over 40% of the business with operations in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Benelux as well as S.Africa and Australia. The Company was acquired by TIBCO Software

I joined the new Exec team at Intentia ( later Lawson) Software to drive a major turnaround in the business. I helped drive the change from $M's of losses into double digit $M's in profit inside two years. This ultimately led to the Merger /Acquisition of Intentia and Lawson to form the worlds 3rd largest mainstream ERP vender.

Company-i were an International IT infrastructure, Storage Management, Security, and BPO Consultancy. As Non Exec Chairman and later interim Joint CEO, to prepare for exit, I helped lead the Company through a Management buyout, restructuring and subsequent 35% compounded growth over the following 4 years resulting one of the most successful ever Consultancy Trade Sales to Symantec Corporation in August 2007.

TIBCOs Infrastructure, data integration and BPM software helped guide TIBCO from a relative start up in the UK, Middle East and S.Africa with turnover of $2M to $40M in 3 years by taking a technology sale of messaging to enterprise solutions for EAI and BPM. Deals in Telcoms, Energy and Finance ranged from $200K to $14M

At Oracle I successfully helped create and grow the Enterprise Industrial Applications business (covering Manufacting and Construction sectors) to compete with other major ERP vendors, such as SAP, when previously Oracle was structured around technology practices

JBA grew rapidly to be the largest UK based mid range ERP vendor with revenues at its peak exceeding $500M.
