Supported & monitored project in warehouse management/methodologies as per recommendation, through the following: regular field (project) visits, CAPA implementation, Improvement of Storage locations and Provided recommendations to Supply Team Leader and Supply Coordinator2. Ensured that all procedures were well aligned, and SOP's were created, reviewed and updated. The following SOPs were created, reviewed and updated: SOP for freight reception, SOP for Pick-pack and Ship, SOP for Inventory and Cold chain management, New location management system and EPREP Kit file was constantly updated and shared with the stock owner on a monthly basis.3. Ensured that the warehouse data was qualitative and accurate before sharing with clients. Provided support in UniField (ERP supply tool) data cleaning from the warehouse part. All the reports were done at the end of every month in an accurate manner, such as warehouse monthly report, supply monthly report and back order monitoring.4. Taught and mentored the Warehouse Team to understand MSF procedures on all warehouse activities to increase the knowledge and practicalities. Such as on the implementation of CAPA, GDP, backup plan of staff, Periodical reporting, Discrepancy reduction, Reactiveness e.g. time management accuracy e.g. stock administration, Arrangement of trainings, facilitated and looked for detachment/ swap and switch staff between Projects and Coordination.5. Created the access management SOP that provided the base for the implementation of supply and installation of access control system at the Central medical Warehouse.
