Compiled customs documents (Form 32, IM 4 and IM 7) for transfer of finished goods - Local / Exports. Liaised with logistic service providers regularly (shipping,trucking & airlines) on the business requirements. Tracked finished goods transfer from factory to designated depots on a daily basis and ensured all logistical requirements are in place to enable.

Carried out audits to ensure Finished Goods are produced to specification. Also monitored primary production of Tobacco leaf processing and circulated a daily report to stakeholders. Also audited Production processes against SOPs as part of Process Improvement initiatives.

Monitoring of product specs throughout the CSD lines, as well as H2O plant monitoring. Certified in CO2 pant operation, I specifically was tasked to carry out purity testing via a gas analyzer prior to delivery of CO2 to CSD production lines.

Trained in Australian standards (AFAS) of fumigation practices, I pratically carried out PH3 & methyl bromide fumigation of grain, did monitoring and calculated dosage by volume of fumigants for the treatment of raw material / finished products. Also coordinated all IPM practices for Target pests throughout factory premises.
