This name reflects our commitment to empowering African households, domestic workers, and communities as we work toward a brighter future. Our mission is to build a model that promotes trust, dignity, and inclusivity in domestic care. By providing fair and accessible solutions, we aim to create opportunities, enhance community well-being, and drive economic growth while elevating the value of domestic work. I am honoured to serve as Lead Organizer for TEDx Kabale University 2025 where I’m passionate about creating a platform that will bring bold, innovative ideas to life in Western Uganda. My goal is to inspire and spark more TEDx events across the region, building a community where creativity, collaboration, and innovation thrive. I oversee the planning and execution of TEDx events, from curating speakers to managing logistics, ensuring everything aligns with the TEDx mission. Ultimately, I see TEDx as an opportunity to amplify voices and drive change, making a lasting impact on local communities.

As a Future Founder, I had the opportunity to learn from industry experts and mentors, while actively working on my startup, Zimeleza, gaining valuable insights and expertise to drive its growth and success.

As an IT Skills Trainer at I-Brain Tech Hub, I specialized in delivering Microsoft Office training, focusing on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications. Additionally, I provided data entry and analysis services, utilizing software such as SPSS for statistical analysis. Through this role, I developed strong research skills, enabling me to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively for various projects and initiatives.

In my part-time role as a Web Developer at I-Brain Tech Hub, I focused on crafting innovative solutions that drive digital transformation. I collaborated with a dynamic team to design and code cutting-edge websites, leveraging my expertise in programming languages and problem-solving. Our main clients were from the local community within Kabale and the Western region of Uganda.

I had an opportunity to work on a Nanotechnology startup project in Kisaasi, Kampala, Uganda dealing in the distribution of Nanotechnology products. I worked with Techit Nano as a Sales Marketing Manager and my primary roles were to oversee sales and marketing operations, recruit sales and marketing personnel and open new outlets. With my service, the business managed to grow up to 3 outlets in a period of about 3 months.

I had the opportunity to learn and train while working on a part-time basis as a salesperson of a restaurant and fast food business making the best rolexes in Kampala. My roles were to market and make deliveries as well as lead the sales team.

During my internship at Kafeero Foundation, I had the privilege of participating in various projects, with the highlight being my involvement in the Google Digital Skills for Africa training program. Alongside pitching the training program to the management of various schools and institutions in Western Uganda, I actively trained students in basic digital skills. As part of the dedicated team, we successfully trained over 10,000 students in Western Uganda, contributing to their digital literacy and empowerment.
