- Manages applications from prospective tenants and process- Responsible for the marketing of new listings and rental properties- Drafting documents such as Form 6, Form 18a, Sales Contracts, and any other documents that the property manager requested- Creating quarterly marketing snapshots that are being presented to the prospective clients- Managing social media accounts of the company

- Answering phone calls, emails, and chats and answering client inquiries- Processing proofreading orders and translation requests- Monitoring project board and assigning jobs to available proofreaders- Uploading translation projects to Upwork and hiring freelance translators

- Conducting banking payments and balancing financial reports daily- Chasing tenants with debts, inquiring about their payment status, negotiating payoff deadlines, and arranging payment plans if needed- Processing tenancy applications by contacting their rental references and conducting employment verification- Processing electricity and water invoices and sending them to tenants- Drafting entry notices for inspections and maintenance
