When I was promoted at Accenture, I began to take on new leadership roles and became involved in the development of the sustainability area within the company, in addition to leading other project fronts. Last year I was dedicated to leading the Favela Beta Experience front, a social innovation project with favelas led by Accenture in partnership with Gerando Falcões.I have also led the research for a Climate Change Impact report within the World Economic Forum, facilitating the process of developing the climate impact narrative and systemic relations.

When I started at Accenture, I worked on a digital transformation project for a client in the financial services industry. I was responsible for leading one of the experience fronts within the team and building bridges with the business and technology teams.

I was hired by Insitum to be a strategic researcher on user-centered projects for a variety of clients, especially in the technology and healthcare sectors, including some of the main global unicorns. I was responsible for moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups, analyzing survey data, generating insights, providing service recommendations and designing business opportunities for innovation. Among some of the projects I participated in was research into the insertion of refugees in Brazil into the job market and a workshop to co-create solutions to meet the new Sustainable Development Goals. At the beginning of March, Insitum was sold to Accenture.

I was hired by this design studio in Melbourne to work as a multidisciplinary designer and supported the creation processes of information architecture, brand and experience design, as well as carrying out concept and usability tests for digital platforms. Some of the clients I have worked with are Flow Power, Vic Health, Beechworth Honey, YMCA Australia, Raspberry Ripple representing the energy, healthcare, food and culture industries. As a designer at this company, I led the process of creating a new theater experience for people with disabilities and supported the creation of the campaign to reduce alcohol consumption among young people in Victoria.

I worked autonomously designing visual stories while mixing text, collage and photography. The stories told in the books reflected my own personal experiences. In my flagship independent publication "You May Not Understand", I created a narrative about being a foreigner in Melbourne, recounting her own experience with space, culture and language. I participated in the Art Book Fair at the National Gallery of Victoria for two consecutive years with my publications.

When I joined the company, I was responsible for the Nespresso B2B account, working on campaigns and direct communication between the brand and other companies, being the main point of contact with the customer. I was involved in Nespresso's new business strategy and supported the redesign of their digital experience at the time.

I started my career focusing on strategic design and brand building for several companies such as OI, BRF and Mistral. I helped define the strategic guidelines for OI's new brand at the time, including photographic style and visual hierarchy, in addition to other rules of the brand guide. Furthermore, as an intern I participated in the construction of wine launch campaign websites and digital materials for Mistral.
