Project Manager
Current- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning projects- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers - Manage the integration of LMS and other learning technologies, optimizing usability and functionality.- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate eLearning solutions.- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the effectiveness of eLearning materials.- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations- Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new eLearning project opportunities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries and develop sales strategies.
