During my years as physiotherapist I have felt that there is great potential for improving the efficiency and quality of physiotherapy, if we can use tele-rehabilitation. Optimov is now at a point where we can provide true medical value to physiotherapy, and for that I provide scientific evidence.

Developed a new portal for chronic patients (Heart failure, Chronic obstructive lung disease and Lymphoedema) to empower them with self-management tools to be used before, during and after their physical rehabilitation program at the hospital. I had meetings with patients groups and their physiotherapists to define the needs and base the development of the speciffic tools for each patient group. I participated in focus groups and wrote an scientiffic article based on patients´s experience using such speciffic self-management tools.
