Open Banking Initiative Canada (OBIC) exists to lead the way in the development of this framework. Responsible for keeping TD customers safe & secure on TD’s online website or mobile app and manage TD’s authentication systems that support 10MM+ customers and approx. 2MM+ logins per day across multiple lines of business in Canada and the US. Provide thought leadership in the development of strategic roadmaps for key authentication and security initiatives for both the online and mobile platforms and ensure regulatory compliance with FFIEC & OCC regulating bodies. Drive continued online and mobile adoption growth with implementation frictionless customer protection capabilities and represent TD at the Canadian Bankers Association Mobile Threats Working Group.

Provide agile solutions to business problems at significantly reduced cost and time compared to the larger IT department or vendor engagements. Run with a using the lean methodologies which allowed for agile process analysis, requirements documentation, development, implementation and training of staff and business partners.
