Some of the projects completed so far are integration with IG group IT infrastructure, survey and setup of new offices, migration of FXO services in UK, desktop support, integration of UK services with FXO’s ones, decommissioning of two datacenters, setup of a new server room, integration of the Japanese phone systems at group level, review of all the IT and security policies, in compliance with FSA and JSDA regulations, definition, implementation and testing of a new Business Continuity plan, including Disaster Recovery and Influenza Emergency plan. My team works in constant contact and synergy with UK and Australia teams. I am daily dealing with Japanese colleagues, in Japanese and English. Our Systems were also awarded from ORICON as #1 for Trading System and Network Connection Stability in December 2009. -
