I have been working at ELEVATE for more than 6 years in the different positions described below, mostly related to social compliance audits of more than 150 brands from the textile and apparel industry. • Oversees the coordination of social compliance assessment services in EMEA+LATAM+USCAN region. Responsible for the performance of 11 coordinators reporting to me, KPI, areas for improvement, quality issues, trainings. • Experience in evaluating different social and environmental audit reports such as Smeta, BSCI, HIGG, SLCP in the sector and taking action plans in line with the determined Corrective Action Plans.• The facilitator of Project Stream Initiative (PSI). My responsibilities are adopting, institutionalizing, and actively driving Project Stream to streamline processes, eliminate waste and driving efficiencies across all parts of the business. I am responsible for following up with project leaders in different departments and supporting the planning.• The group leader of Coordination Governance Committee (CGC) which handles the process of coordination improvement globally. Committee members regularly meet, review, discuss and work on coordination related issues which are described in the standard operating procedure of CGC.• Work on various projects to produce value for the stakeholders through the optimization of resources, elimination of waste and creating a steady workflow based on real customer demands. The aim of these projects is to create lean, clear, and effective processes in global coordination.

Oversees the coordination of assessment services in EMEA+LATAM+USA region. Lead coordinator ensure all service requests are processed and coordinated via client and ELEVATE standards by - supervising the performance and professional development of local coordinators, - assisting in the maintenance and development of global procedures, and - leveraging shared knowledge to ensure global alignment.- completing the onboarding trainings of new coordinators- step in to provide support to the team whenever issues / challenges arise and help resolve same- following all changes in Client Operational Procedures (+200 Brand client and shemes (SLCP, Higg, RBA, Smeta, BSCI etc.) related with coordination and inform coordination team.

-Support the establishment of administrative coordination and operational systems and policies.-Support regional coordination of projects and assessments for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan with more than 40 auditors and 50 different clients.-Review system and procedures by analyzing operating practices, studying new clients´ procedures, guidelines, and requirements, implementing new changes.-Initiate communication with suppliers by providing accurate and proper information to determinate service required.-Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating clients’ questions.-Creating invoices for prepaid clients -Support projects in support of creating coordination efficiencies.

Ideflow is a social blogging application established in Istanbul in 2020. The values of the company have been adopted by dozens of people from different fields. Thus, 250 people from academia, civil society, business, art and sports took part in the establishment of Ideflow Inc. Ideflow builds on three key columns: value-based social media, multiblog design, and hub-based interaction.

-Represent TTEA in the national and international sectoral organisations' meetings like Euratex, IWTO, UPK, Textile Institute, IPUD, Eurocoton.-Prepare and organize events, trainings, contests, and activities to engage member factories-Manage member relations between TTEA and member factories.-Prepare sectoral reports, various working papers and make some suggestions for the preparation of new legislation within the textile industry.-Manage the delivery of collaborative projects with key partners -Establish, grow, and maintain relations with NGOs and other strategic partners.-Work for cotton related NGOs such as BCI, IPUD, UPK, Eurocoton to develop Turkey’s cotton sustainability strategy.-Attending various national and international events, seminars representing the TTEA and textile industry.-Prepare sectoral news for the local newspapers (Hürriyet, Habertürk, Sabah), TTEA website(www.tekstilisveren.org.tr) and Magazine.-Arrange “Innovation”, “Lean Sig Sigma” and “Best Practice of Occupational Health and Safety” contests from a to z.-Work for ensuring the labor peace in member factories of TTEA.-Organize business trips for the members to foreign countries, arrange meetings with foreign firms, organizations in order to improve their dialog and market shares.

• Project Assistant for EU project, focused on establishing a Vocational Qualification Examination and Certification Center based in different regions (Istanbul, Adana, Kayseri and Cerkezköy) of Turkey. End of the project, my team prepared of 11 qualification, item banks and check lists for practical exams about yarn and finishing• This Vocational Qualification Center was established in Turkey in line with European Qualification Framework in accordance with requirements of the labor market of the Turkish textile Industry, to support the life-long learning and to strengthen the relationship between education and employment.
