I am Ceren Erol. I am currently a senior architecture student at İstanbul Kültür University with a semi-scholarship. Thanks to the presence of an architect in my family, I started to learn and be interested in this profession at a young age. Architecture, which includes many of my interests, such as art,art history and architectural history, and also a profession that I can use my creativity, was my only choice for my professional life.I had the opportunity to study at the University of Pécs in Hungary with the Erasmus program. Studying abroad has helped me to improve my English, as well as to see that I can adapt to different environments and to look at things from different perspectives. I had the opportunity to get to know new cultures and to visit many different countries. I have seen many important architectural structures and art galleries in these countries, and these have contributed to my creativity while designing.I made my internship at the Yeşilyaka Koru which was made by the cooperation of Mesa Mesken and Nurol Construction. I did my office internship in Tabanlıoğlu Architects. Working in good and big architectural companies helped me to know more about the profession and to be part of the team in group works.Since I think architecture is a profession that requires to be more social, to work more and to be creative, I would like to do a master's degree abroad after finishing school. In this way, I can meet people from new cultures, learn a new language, visit new places and develop more professionally.
