Delivered key metrics for use by investor relations and corporate communications at oil majors and large independent oil companies. ● I facilitated workshops with Executive Leadership and Board of Directors, leveraging decision support analysis to evaluate ESG risks and opportunities amidst the energy transition to align on 5-Year Plans, distilled to annual goals, integrated financial and sustainability KPIs, calibrated operating budgets that tracked quarterly forecasts, all resulting in positive shareholder engagement.● I stewarded $45MM capital project portfolio and collaborated across functional leads to develop $100MM annual operating plan and budget for the company. ● I worked with C-suite to develop business cases evaluating a range of alternative business models, including international expansion opportunities, mergers with complementary emergency response companies, as well as alternative revenue and operating models for long-term viability amidst the energy transition. ● I led communications strategy with key regulatory stakeholders to instill and sustain confidence in this new capability in oilfield services and environmental response.
