Hello, my name is Cerena Coughlin and I am a recently retired special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I had multiple roles in the FBI. After starting my career working Crimes Against Children and Counterterrorism in LA and Baltimore, I transferred to Philadelphia and its Cyber program where I began serving as the Private Sector Coordinator overseeing the Philadelphia Chapter of InfraGard, the FBI's largest and longest running effort to intersect with private sector representatives of critical infrastructure. I was also the employment Recruiter and Applicant Coordinator for the FBI in Southeastern PA. Prior to joining the FBI, I was Director of Operations with a remarkable non-profit now known as ACME Online, helping to launch one of the nation's first successful school-to-work initiatives.
