- Carrying out Autonomous Maintenance works such as managing systematic of F-Tag (anomaly cards), equipment classification, preparing one-point lessons, root cause analysis, preparation of checklists (cleaning, lubricating, bolt tightening, safety checks and inspections) etc.- Creating, calculating and reporting periodically key operational metrics of production (OEE, OPE, capacity usage rate, overhours rate, absenteeism rate, operator delay, 5S scores, etc.)- Preparing and reporting monthly production Cockpit datas.- Identify and conduct process improvement based on KPIs- Carrying out and improving the systematic of 5S activities (implementing 5S in plant, periodic audits, analysis, training planning, etc.)- Tracking daily machine stops and correcting incorrectly entered stops through the ProManage system- Preparation of a monthly Business Plan presentation in which the target and actual values of the determined KPIs are shown, root cause analyzes are made for the KPIs that do not achive the target and the taken actions are explained.- Preparation of Excel Dashboards where daily data can be followed regularly during morning meetings, where work can be tracked in time plan with completion rates, One Point Lessons numbering and collecting list.- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedyres (SOP) and carrying out operator time analysis within the scope of Work Standardization studies.

As part of my graduation project, I determined the parts that caused the most quality defects. Then I analyzed the root causes of these and carried out improvement studies for them such as using stopper, covering the inside of the kit cars and the line edges with sponge, changing the transportation conditions, etc.- Preparing of daily process quality report - Participating in the preparation of 8D reports- Participating in the quality testing process and updating control plans- Checking and updating Poka Yoke points, Check-Do-Check applications- Following the Quality Wall process and the defects detected in there. And also updating inspection work instructions according to defects.- Preparation of Defect Catalogue.- Implementing new business partner's standards into plant

I did my short term mandatory internship in the production planning department at Albaksan Otomat. At the same time, I had the opportunity to observe other departments such as production, quality, and maintenance.
