Working collaboratively with teams across the charity to deliver a range of strategic activities. Focussing on Delivery Management, I manage and lead cross-organisational strategic programmes of work, and provide consultancy support on the development of thoughtful strategic process, plans, projects and vital operational activity.Lead Project Manager to create and publish the Annual Report and Accounts for FY22/23. This complex project involved managing a Matrixed team of four people in the Working Group and regularly reporting to the Senior Team Sponsor and Charity Executive Board. The organisation-wide project intended to not only meet the necessary legal requirements for the report, but also use creative resources to showcase the work of the World’s leading cancer charity to its stakeholders and supporters.
