📌 Michaelshof is a 150-hectare Demeter farm in Lower Saxony, Germany. I am conducting research into the soil microbiome using the Soil Food Web Method across agricultural fields and compost piles. I work from land-to-lab and am engaged with the sowing, transplanting, planting, harvesting, and processing of crops with a particular focus on medicinal plants for our cosmetic and tea products. I am leading the design and implementation of a new compost system to boost fungal biomass across agricultural fields.
