Conductive Care Ltd provides one to one Conductive Education sessions, to children with physical disabilities, within their own home. Conductive Education is a rehabilitation technique that helps children with neurological and mobility impairments to develop abilities and skills, through active participation enabling and encouraging them to be as independent and self sufficient as possible. Conductive Care strives to support and create independence for children with disabilities, working along side children's aims from school and nursery settings as well as focusing on key aspects that parents would like their children to improve on. A key part of the service is working along side parents, to enable them to continue or start using the principles of Conductive Education within their every day lives. During sessions we use fun educational activities to motivate and encourage children's participation, as we want the children to enjoy the activities and tasks that they are working towards. These activities could be iPad games, painting, reading, songs, games, outside activities and so much more.
