My career spans roles in general management, project management, business development, sales, and strategic planning. My passion lies in cultivating leadership and encouraging young talent through the principles of the Scandinavian leadership model, Employmentship - which emphasizes empathy, cooperation, and innovation.Currently, I am leading the ambitious expansion of Norwegian SaaS company Loyco, aiming to grow its Annual Recurring Revenue from 20 million to over 100 million NOK. My entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding several successful startups, including Mobiletech in 2005, which became a global mobile content delivery platform; Anteo in 2014, an innovative aquaculture decision-making platform; and Bergen.Works in 2017, a co-working space designed by and for entrepreneurs in the scenic city of Bergen.Before my entrepreneurial ventures, I was integral to Norwegian EDB Business Partner’s banking and finance division, where I spearheaded large-scale projects including the launch of Norway's first successful Internet bank, Skandiabanken, in 2000.My formative years in the Norwegian Navy, where I served for a decade, equipped me with rigorous project management skills. Notably, I managed the procurement of 20 combat boats for the Norwegian Hellfire Shore Defense System, an experience that I consider one of the best preparations for business leadership.I hold a Master’s degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a certificate in Global Entrepreneurship from Babson College. I am also a proud alumnus of the Norwegian Naval Academy.My core strength lies in connecting innovative ideas with talented individuals and steering projects through challenging terrains—both metaphorically and literally, drawing from my naval experience as a combat boat captain.
