My working life has been a mixture of hospitality management and office based. I started out as an associate in J D Wetherspoon and progressed my way through to Duty Manager, based in both Stratford -upon - Avon and Brighton. Since then life has been filled with travelling the world, and seeing the sights I always dreamt of as a child...well some of them at least. I came back to the UK with a short sharp shock of reality and started working at Shakespeare Martineau as an administration assistant.I then found the administration support role at Chorus Law and they promised me development and opportunities and they weren't wrong. I went into this role with no knowledge of probate and within a month had been promoted. I then worked my way up to Case Manager throughout the 3 years I was at the company. My next venture then lead me to Birmingham and out of the world of Stratford-upon-Avon to my new role at Mills & Reeve as an Executive Assistant. It is a brand new environment for me, however, after studying with Pitman Training for a year with their PA Diploma and Social Media of Business Diploma I had my heart set on being a PA. Then after seeing the job advert for Mills & Reeve it seemed like a dream come true....sounds like fairy-tale ending (so it must be)!
