The Twickenham Stoop is a premiership rugby ground in South West London that offers facilities for conferences and events as well as match day hospitality.I was responsible for pro-actively selling the venue for non-match day events and delivering the budget. I was the sole sales person reporting directly to the General Manager.

Eton College own a private island on the River Thames, Queen's Eyot, which is used for corporate and private events.I worked here from September 1995 to August 1996 as part of my degree course and then secured a permanent position from September 1999.I was responsible for selling, organising and delivering all of the events that took place on Queen's Eyot. I was the sole sales person and worked closely with a small team on all events; from initial brief to delivery.
