The Parkinson's Keyboard is a specialized keyboard software designed to assist individuals with Parkinson's disease in improving their typing experience. The software aims to reduce the impact of motor skill impairments caused by Parkinson's, making it easier for users to type accurately and efficiently.The software is designed to be integrated into our custom-made keyboard that runs on a Raspberry Pi Zero. It is a Python script that accurately determines your intended work and guides you towards typing it correctly using time delays. This was done to avoid the user from relying on autocorrect, which is not very accurate.

As an Embedded Systems Engineer in UCI Solar Car, I designed and built a small-scale electrical transmission of a solar car that is to compete in the American Solar Challenge using the C programming language in an Arduino microcontroller.I also worked on the low voltage system and helped document the system using Autodesk EAGLE with versioning on GitHub.

As a Professional Services intern, we were handed a variety of tasks:One of these tasks involved being involved in the creation of an internal Full stack web application using AWS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React. My role there was focused on implementing the search engine and general UI development. Another role was in the creation of a CloudFormation template that was to be delivered to a real customer. I presented a solution for the customer and gathered feedback to improve their experience. Lastly, another role was to gather information on how AWS is helping customers achieve their cloud goals.

As the Director of Marketing for SHPE at UCI, my job was to work with our 13 board members to promote our events and appeal to our audience in strategic ways in order to recruit new members and retain our current members. Furthermore, I also created, designed, and posted content in our social media that highlights our chapter's mission of allowing and helping our members to reach their highest potential.In SHPE I was awarded the Leadership Pillar Award and the Board Member of the Year award.

I contributed to our robotics team by programming our robot in Java on a roboRIO robotics controller. This robot was to compete in a regional setting against 66 teams. Considering our team was relatively new, I was able to implement new components into our robot such as autonomous driving, which allowed for it to complete tasks using input data from sensors like encoders and gyroscopes. The team I was part of is called Unimatics, Team 6515.

Me and another peer worked on a prosthetic arm that was meant to be able to quickly and efficiently stack cups for the competition that this organization hosted. In order to tackle the problem efficiently and elegantly, our prosthetic arm functioned by using an EMG sensor on the bicep to simulate hand movement. This sensor was connected to an Arduino microcontroller programmed in C which allowed us to control two motors to simulate grabbing something. We first competed against others who live in the same county as my hometown and then went on to compete regionally, resulting in a regional 1st place award in Innovative Engineering Design.
