• Learn and develop skills regarding rules and regulations of Football• Provide support and suggestions to head coach regarding plays, and techniques• Responsible for developing practice schedule and stand in for head coach during absence

• Collaborated with 4 coaches, to provide winning strategies, and player- focused game enhancement techniques • Teach team the value of sportsmanship, rules and regulations of basketball, and good ethics• Lead and mentor team players to dedicate time and abilities to improving the program, while also implementing comprehensive training and practice skills• Recruit and train local junior high school students with potential to play on varsity team • Assist seniors/graduates with College applications and recruiting events for College basketball events• Manage parent and player expectations, and devote time to productive training, student relations and practice schedules

• Conducts lessons using Georgia Professional Standards to 9th-12th grade students with an instructional focus on World Geography and American Government• Employing a broad range of instructional techniques to retain student interest and maximize individual learning• Actively utilizes computer and current technologies, including educational software and the internet in order to promote interactive learning• Evaluate and communicate student progress throughout the year providing students and parents with progress and performance improvement options• Maintaining student records; including attendance, assignments and course grades• Creating weekly lesson plans while incorporating the required instructional framework instituting the 5-step protocol to mastering standards

• Provide full support to Head coach and assistant coach staff members• Develop winning strategies and techniques for Regional and Conference games• Recruit new players from local junior high schools
