My responsibilities included the daily management of various Workman's Compensation and Personal Injury cases. This included contact with clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys, medical providers, etc. This also required me to organize and maintain a file's contents which varied from medical documentation to pleadings and attorney notes. I also helped in drafting and preparing various pleadings for each case.With reference to my Systems Administrator role my responsibilities include managing our infrastructure and day to day operations. This includes special project implementation as well as consulting with vendors and making recommendations with regards to items spanning from hardware replacement to copy machine functionality and vendor choice.
