Research focus: Skin microbiome of children with atopic dermatitis (AD).• Conducted comprehensive data analysis using R and Excel and uncovered novel findings from metagenome of 373 skin microbial species associated with AD from skin samples of 80+ Singaporean children.• Independently analysed current literature to develop novel research aim, to benefit the prognosis and treatment of the 20.6% of children locally affected by atopic dermatitis.• Performed data quality control on microbiome dataset with 600+ variables and 100+ samples to improve integrity of research findings.• Visualised results for communication in national and international research fairs and poster competitions.

• Spearheaded integration of novel drone trajectory optimisation framework into internal simulation engines (ROS) in Ubuntu by analysing data flow and interfaces of key classes in C++.• Researched and presented latest research papers on autonomous drone exploration and 3D trajectory planning.
