I am a hard worker but I advocate the safety of the people around me over productivity. I hope this helps getting to know my core values. Other than that, I have worked on cool projects for defense contractors, researchers, and the classroom. Two highlighted projects I have been involved with are the Sentinel-6 satellite and the Mars 2020 Rover.

I designed an automatic alignment tool by using the systems engineering methodology; creating a conceptual, preliminary, and detail design. Block diagrams, requirements, and a component list were created to show different views of the alignment system.I created a CAD model of the product, TF-100 Thick-Film printer, with complete parts lists. The printer consists of 18 different sub-assemblies. There are also over 1,200 components in the assembly tree.I created a baseline document of all updated drawing revisions under new drawing release process. I reconfigured the TF-100 Manual with colored illustrations and accurate part identification.
- Acted as the Configuration Manager (CM) for the project Sentinel-6 SCS (Supplemental Calibration System) a mechanism on the Sentinel-6 satellite. - Helped assemble and tested flight mechanism components for the SCS. Followed JPL’s spacecraft standards and procedures for documenting all paperwork regarding hardware that will be launched. - Acted as CM for the sub-assembly WPA (Witness Plate Assembly) for the Mars 2020 Rover, Perseverance. These witness plates are in some of the sample tubes that will be left behind by the rover. The design satisfied TRL9 requirements. - Responsibilities of the Configuration Manager include maintaining inspection reports, engineering changes, releasing all mechanical drawings, filing all work order authorizations, and created an end item data package.
- Created test setups of the full scale dynamic touch-and-go validation of the Bi-Blade comet surface sample chain.- Developed a Coring Bit with an eccentric break off feature to sample 1” diameter and 4” long Basalt cores.- Tested compaction of lunar simulant for drilling tests of the LISTER heat flow probe.

Researched, designed, and built a more functional and a 10% more cost-effective 3-axis, adjustable, locking vision system.I incorporated different design revisions throughout machine to enhance operator user experience. Developed a new screen frame design that is modular to reduce manufacturing costs. I Created new plenum design for a 200% revenue increase by designing a simpler set up that decreased parts and cost.
Pasadena, Ca
I designed and built a test bed to simulate steam pipes dynamic conditions of water condensation and turbulence. In order to do this I built piezoelectric transducers designed and developed by the lab, to ultrasonically measure height of water through steel pipe under static and dynamic conditions. I collected all the data for a paper to be presented/published at the SPIE health monitoring in structural and biological systems Conf. I also had separate responsibility when I designed, researched, and 3D printed prototype auger drill for preliminary testing of the deep drill, Auto Gopher.

Summer INROADS internship assisted the Seating Department in design, data acquisition, and testing. Analyzed raw data from Engineering Drawings to identify trends, making a case to not outsource drawings. Created and completed a Compliance Matrix for future project proposals to streamline determination of a contract. Designed test structure with Test Engineer for future static load tests to certify seats under load.

Learned how to manufacture the complete assembly of thick-film screen printers. Gaining valuable knowledge of the machine to eventually optimize and make revisions. Worked with pneumatics, electrical systems, and overall process of thick-film screen printing for the micro-electronic industry. Contributed to the value stream of refurbishments which was one of the greater demands. Processed PO's, Work Orders, Invoices, and Quotes. Got to learn industry basics for purchasing and standard processing. Helped in shipping and receiving to enter items in the inventory

Repackaged and shipped epoxies to customers requiring specific amounts. The ratio of epoxy was crucial to the quality of our product.Examined the properties of each epoxy to make sure it complies with the MSDS to ship to the customer with no air bubbles or quality defects.Systemized and improved inventory spreadsheets on Excel that made material finding much easier.
