I worked part-time as a digital consultant for the recruitment agency Innov8 Agency Ltd through a university-sponsored program.My duties included creating digital content and templates, identifying marketing channels, competitor analysis, marketing strategy recommendations, and posting content on social media.

Hired to help the Student Union marketing team with social media due to the initiative shown in my previous roles at the company. Assigned the responsibility of creating everyday posts for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram platforms to advertise events and promotions. Researched new trends and analysed engagement to understand which platforms generated the most views and what could be beneficial to promotions. Captured and edited photos and videos to be used as content for social media platforms.

Promoted to bar team leader after proving my work ethic. Responsible for organising up to 30 staff for a nightclub event. Daily tasks include opening/closing operations, supervising staff, training staff, managing staffing, and controlling stock levels.

I worked as part of the catering and bars team at Keele student Union. Responsible for serving behind the bar, food preparation of basic meals and waitressing. Demonstrated strong leadership skills when given the responsibility of opening/closing operations alone.

Selected for a 3 month internship at Belvoir Stoke which got extended an extra three months due to the company wanting further input from myself. Gathered market research on the company’s competitors. This involved examining the competitors use of social media and advertising. Created animations and edited YouTube content for the company. Produced Facebook advertisements to reach target audience of the company. After these advertisements were created analysis was given to the engagement they attracted and improvements that could be made.
