As the Head of Music and Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCO) at Cognita Schools, I have over 10 years of experience in leading and delivering high-quality education for diverse learners. I hold a further 16 years experience as a Head Creative Arts within the Secondary, state sector. I hold a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Buckingham, and I have developed strong skills in curriculum design, assessment, differentiation, and inclusion.I am passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and well-being among pupils and staff. I have been seconded as a Headteacher and I currently lead the Rights Respecting, Well-being, and Music initiatives at my school. I am also a Year 6 teacher and a mentor for aspiring leaders. My mission is to inspire and empower all members of the school community to achieve their full potential and to contribute positively to society.
