Within this job role, I am currently assigned with the task of leading day-to-day operations for Local & Wide-Area networks (LAN/WAN) in North America and Latin America region. My duties comprise of planning and implementing strategic network solutions for IT Services Infrastructure projects. I also provided support to all PC Server Systems and the iSeries 595 midrange system in the Data Center. Furthermore, I also deliver individualized and specialized training to new and existing hires, as well as assist end users in performing assigned tasks.Below listed are some of my existing and past achievements:• Directed deployment of multiple projects, including Local Internet Breakouts using Prisma Access and Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewalls for Direct Internet Access and VPN Tunnels, Citrix SD-WAN, Zoom Meetings, Cisco WebEx, Meraki, and Cisco Call Manager (VoIP) systems, Symantec Anti-Virus Endpoint Protection, Cisco Router Refresh project, US Data Center Relocation, Single Sign-On (SSO), as well as the Server Refresh project.• Migrated Corporate HQ and all Greif US Remote sites from legacy PBX systems to a centralized IP Telephony (VoIP) platform.• Deployed IBM TAM ESSO system for Identity Management & CyberGatekeeper Servers to ensure Network Access Control.

As a Network Analyst, I administered and directed entire business operations and IT infrastructure for all APAC sites, while being based in Sydney, Australia. The organization also showed faith in me to perform duties as an IT System Support Analyst where I provided support in the seamless execution of all IT software development projects. I was tasked with overseeing Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks, while performing on-the-job training and mentoring to new staff.My accomplishments in this capacity are the following:• Promoted to working in Chicago, then in the Greif Global Corporate HQ, located in Delaware, OH, USA.• Implemented Remote Access Services and Site-to-Site Virtual Private Networks.• Provisioned, deployed, and supported PC Desktops, Laptops, and peripherals, for the entire organization.• Led key IT Infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific Region.
