• Helping clients determine the value of property they want to sell• Preparing market analysis statistics• Advertising properties on the MLS to other Realtors and potential buyers, hosting open houseevents• Negotiating contracts with buyer and/or agents acting on their behalf• Negotiating short sale's for sellers with their lender(s)• Helping clients find rental properties and/or listing a property on the MLS for rent• Reviewing and verifying rental application’s• Preparing lease agreement for landlord and coordinating with tenant and/or their agent• Educating sellers about disclosure requirements• Facilitating the closing process on behalf of clients• Providing prospective clients with information that can help them identify areas to look forproperty• Helping buyers identify properties that meet their needs• Showing homes to clients• Negotiating purchase agreements with sellers and/or their agents• Verifying that appropriate facts about the property are disclosed to clients• Coordinating various aspects of the closing process on behalf of clients• Helping investors find foreclosures and/or short sale listings for renovation.• Working with investor to determine amount of work to be done to a property to suite specificmarket area• Able to understand financing and mortgages, the different type's of loan programs and what thebasic requirements are
