In my current role, I orchestrate all aspects of this legal firm including strategic planning, client engagement, trail preparation, team leadership, performance management, legal consulting, business development, and policy creation. Some of my core contributions in this role to date include the following:• Established a variety of robust processes and procedures to ensure that team members executed all legal tasks and responsibilities within corporate guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.• Achieved a 90% success rate at trial through a combination of tireless preparation and legal skill.• Argued cases in front of the Superior Court of Justice in Mexico City and various Federal Courts including the preparation of trial documents, handling escalated complaints, appeals, and legal rights matters.• Provided legal consulting services for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients in the energy sector including comprehensive input into contracts, energy reform, corporate law, notarial law, and emerging regulations.

In this position, I acted as a highly successful private defender across an array of complex legal matters before the Attorney General’s Office and Federal Courts. I liaised effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes. Some of my key achievements included the following:• Researched and analyzed criminal complaint cases on behalf of clients with a success rate of 80%.• Negotiated out of court resolutions to ensure that 30% of cases did not go to trial saving time and costs. • Executed a variety of duties as denouncer and auxiliary of the Public Ministry on matters relating to patrimonial and financial affairs on a nationwide scale.
