Scheduling and requesting direct trucks to other facilities while making sure shipping dock stays as organized as possible to prevent any confusion and ensuring as much of the freight is able to be shipped. Closing direct routes from the carrier by using multiple systems and screens to confirm all orders were picked, packed and shipped to the dealers. Work along side the outbound supervisor and lead to make sure all orders are being properly completed and that the necessary moves are being made to assure the completion of the work.

Assisting receiving supervisor with inbound operations while being able to train and lead team in all receiving aspects of the warehouse. Unload trailers and staging freight in an orderly manner to help inbound process run smoothly. Ensuring that the warehouse is staying FIFO compliant by using multiple colored labels to differentiate the days of the week and make it much easier to put away older freight. Research any pending put away lines and make sure they are located and put away.
