I am an experienced Aviation Security (AvSec) Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field, currently supporting Amazon Air's cargo transportation business in Lakeland Florida. In this role, I am responsible for managing risk-based security standards and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, airport regulations, and standardized processes.As an AvSec Specialist, I perform ongoing assessments of operating risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to sustain Amazon's air cargo operations, both existing and future. I work to understand, implement, and validate security requirements, ensuring the safety and security of Amazon's associates, vendors, visitors, and assets.In my previous role as an International Security Coordinator (ISC) in Venezuela, I faced various internal and external challenges. However, through effective teamwork, I was able to successfully secure the entire operation during these difficulties.
