• Responsible for pre and post MFA implementation, worked with the Network Engineering MFA Team pre-implementation to identify systems that will be blocked & post-implementation to remediate any systems that have been blocked.• Travel to Leidos locations nationwide on weekly basis as the lead technician to support MFA implementation, work independently to complete projects without direct supervision.• Perform desktop support and remediation of clients computers, imaging of client laptops as needed.• Perform network closet patching and tracing of network devices using as builts.• Strong customer service skills, provided end user training onsite.• Troubleshooting of network devices including servers, WAP, laptop, Voip, printers, security devices, • Active Directory.• Proficient in Remedy and Service Now Ticketing. • McAfee endpoint encryption and administration.• Use of SPLUNK reporting tools to complete assignments. • TCP/IP troubleshooting• ClearPass OnGuard, Cisco AnyConnect, Bomgar remote tool support. • Understanding of networking (TCP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM)• SCCM : System Center Configuration Manager, deploy software to users machines. • Familiarity with data closets and wiring in MDF and IDF’s, read as-bulits and technical documents.• Understanding of multifactor authentication methods – PKI & OTP• Experience with ClearPass OnGuard, Cisco AnyConnect, • Ability to track down connected hosts and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely via phone and remote control software.• Main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues related to the MFA implementation.• Be flexible with the travel schedule, detailed oriented, able to communicate and document occurrences• Meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
